1. I am an existing REM customer, how do I register for an online account?

To register for an online account, have your customer number and zip code ready. Visit http://www.remeyewear.com/account/firsttimelogin.aspx. Follow the on screen instructions to complete registration.


2. I don’t have a REM customer number, how do I create a new account?

If you are not a current REM customer, you can submit a contact request or find our credit application here http://www.remeyewear.com/account/register.aspx. Once your application has been approved, you can quickly setup an online account using the link in FAQ number 1 above.


3. I am a consumer with no connection to the eyewear industry, can I order frames from remeyewear.com?

Unfortunately we are currently only accepting orders from retail businesses. If you would like to purchase a product produced by REM eyewear and don’t know where to find the closest store or online retailer, please contact khundert at remeyewear dot com.


4. I found an error on the site, who can I contact?
